ATAL Setu
(Mumbai
Trans Harbour Link).
ARAI™ executed the electrical works for Mumbai’s iconic ATAL Setu – India’s longest sea bridge, spanning 21.8 km and connecting Mumbai to Navi Mumbai. This landmark project showcases our capability to deliver large-scale, complex infrastructure with a strong focus on safety, reliability, and enhanced connectivity.
- Cable laying of 11 KV HT Cables – approx. 43,000 m
- Cable laying of LT Cables – approx. 75,000 m
- Installation of Compact Sub-stations (11 KV) – 4 Nos.
- Erection of 600 Street Light Poles
- Associated ancillary works

Mumbai Metro Line 3
(Under Ground).
ARAI™ Associates in collaboration with L&T executed extensive Electrical and ITC (Information, Telecommunication & Control) works for Package-1 at Churchgate, Vidhan Bhawan & Hutatma Chowk underground stations along with associated up-line and down-line tunnel sections.
- Installation of cable trays – Approx. 35,000 mtrs
- LT cable laying – Approx. 80,000 mtrs
- Conduit installation – Approx. 43,000 mtrs
- Wiring works – Approx. 2,31,000 mtrs
- Installation of lighting fixtures – Approx. 3,000 nos.

Navi Mumbai Metro
Line 1.
The electrical works for the Workshop-cum-Car Shed of Navi Mumbai Metro Line 1 (Belapur–Pendhar) were executed in collaboration with J. Kumar Infra. Comprising 18 buildings such as the Stabilising Shed, Inspection Bay, Workshop, PTR Building, Autowash Plant & more, this facility serves as the core maintenance and operations hub for the metro line.
- Complete MEP works across all buildings within the 48-acre facility
- Execution of Electrical Systems for lighting, power distribution, and control networks
- Interface coordination with system contractors and employer (CIDCO)

Mumbai Metro
Line 12 .
In collaboration with Gawar Constructions Ltd, ARAI™ Associates is executing electrical works for Mumbai Metro Line 12 (Orange Line Extension), an under-construction corridor enhancing suburban connectivity between Kalyan and Taloja.
- Shifting of 22 kV overhead and underground electrical utilities
- Conversion of HT cables spanning approximately 70 km
- Installation of 60 Ring Main Units (RMUs)
- Coordination with authorities for seamless system transition

BDD Chawl
Redevelopment.
Originally constructed by the British Government between 1920 and 1925, this historic site is currently undergoing a massive redevelopment led by MHADA to modernize local infrastructure.
The ambitious project features high-rise residential towers reaching 42 and 85 storeys, with ARAI (Automotive Research Association of India) providing specialized consultancy for the electrical systems and engineering works.
